Oda’s specialty "Tarai Udon"

"Tarai Udon" is Udon noodles served in “Tarai”, a wooden tub.

The dipping sauce for Udon noodles uses broth from dried sardines, shiitake mushrooms, and soybeans. And the noodle are soft not like Sanuki Udon in Kagawa prefecture.

There are some local restaurants serve Tarai Udon in this area.
We recommend to try it for lunch after the experience!
