Ohagi is sticky rice cakes coated with sweetened red beans.
Everything is hand made by the owner who is a former Japanese restaurant cook.
We have five types of regular bean paste, such as Tsubu-an (smashed red bean paste) , Koshi-an (smooth red bean paste, Kinako (soy bean flour), matcha, and Hojicha (roasted green tea),
And there are also seasonal and limited-time ohagi.
We use Dainagon and red beans from Hokkaido, and tea, kinako, and rice produced in the Ehime prefecture.
You can take them home, or enjoy them with drinks in the store.
