Buckwheat tastes best when "freshly ground, kneaded & boiled". Ishidatami buckwheat is ground in a stone mill, kneaded and boiled in front of you and served. Up to 100 meals per day. Zaru-soba (cold with dip sauce) 600 yen, Kakesoba (hot in broth) 800 yen. Kakiage (mixed vegetable and seafood tempura) 200 yen, Onigiri (rice ball) 200 yen. "How to make Soba" workshop upon reservation (up to 5 persons).
