The Uchiko specialty "Tai-meshi". It has Sea bream Sashimi that pickled in soy sauce based special sauce on hot rice. The rich taste develops fully when eaten together with "EM herb egg" produced in Uchiko. "Tai-meshi" comes with miso soup, garnish and pickles.
We also serve barley rice with Tororo (grated mountain yam) , Ramen noodles and more.
