Enjoy mountain biking surrounded by the beautiful nature of Odamiyama!

As part of Ehime Cycling Day, the Odamiyama MTB Festival 2026 will take place on Saturday, September 19, at the SOL-FA Oda Ski Resort in Uchiko.

This year’s main event is a Grass Dual Slalom, making use of the ski slope’s natural gradient and grassy terrain. Riders race side by side on two courses, competing for both speed and consistency.

Even if you are not participating in the race, you are welcome to come along and enjoy the event, the fresh mountain air, and the beautiful natural surroundings of Odamiyama. Spectating is free!

A free shuttle bus will also operate between the Oda Community Center and SOL-FA Oda Ski Resort throughout the event. Please note that the shuttle runs at irregular intervals and bicycles cannot be taken on board.

Race Categories & Entry Fees

Open – Male riders, junior high school age and above
Capacity: Approx. 70 riders
Entry fee: ¥3,500 / ¥2,000 for junior high and high school students

Ladies – Female riders, junior high school age and above
Capacity: Approx. 10 riders
Entry fee: ¥3,500 / ¥2,000 for junior high and high school students

Kids 1 – Elementary school grades 4–6
Capacity: Approx. 15 riders
Entry fee: ¥1,000

Kids 2 – Elementary school grades 1–3
Capacity: Approx. 15 riders
Entry fee: ¥1,000

Entry fees include a food and drink ticket and insurance.

Bikes & Equipment

Participants must bring a mountain bike or other bicycle suitable for off-road riding and equipped with brakes, as well as a helmet and gloves. Long pants and protective gear are recommended.

A limited number of rental bicycles are available. To reserve one, please call 0893-44-2118 in advance.

Registration

Registration period: August 1–28, 2026, until 5:00 PM

Advance registration is required to participate in the race. Registration for individual categories may close early if the maximum number of participants is reached.
