Local fish from southern Ehime: Okara rolled sushi
Founded about 130 years ago, Katsumori is a long-established fish shop in the shopping district at the entrance to the old town. The local cuisine Maru Sushi with sweet and sour seasoned Okara (soy pulp) instead of rice, with seasonal fish, has a deliciously fresh taste, especially surprising for new customers.
