This confection was created inspired by Princess Toki, who was the fifth daughter of Taira-no-Kiyomori and said to have escaped to Uchiko after the defeat in the war and hid herself in Seijoji Temple. It is as little as a drop that could be placed on a fingertip, and looks as cute as its name.White bean paste ball thinly coated with agar with some Yuzu marmalade on top.The subtle aroma of yuzu enhances the fresh sweetness of the white bean paste.
