An elegant rental house in the townscape preservation district

Located in the Yokaichi Gokoku Preservation District for Groups of Traditional Buildings, Ori is a beautifully restored early 20th-century traditional Japanese house offering a peaceful stay in the heart of Uchiko’s historic townscape.

Blending traditional architecture with playful and creative design touches, the house features unique details such as a hammock, a hidden loft-like space between floors, and a detached bathroom overlooking a small garden. Spacious and thoughtfully designed, Ori provides a warm and comfortable atmosphere where guests can relax and feel at home.
